About Practice Routines

Short sessions

Practice works best when it is repeatable. Short focused sessions are usually better than long unfocused ones.

Movement basics

Work on sprint timing, jump control, quick turns, and landing accuracy. These skills help in parkour, PvP, survival, and team events.

Event review

After playing, ask what removed you from the round or slowed your team down. Then practice that one thing instead of trying to improve everything at once.

Consistency

The goal is not to win every round immediately. The goal is to make fewer repeated mistakes each time you play.
