Yes! All players can join events for free. Use the command/event join to participate when an event is hosted. The Event Pass is only needed for hosting, not joining.

Some events are team-based, while others are free-for-all. Rewards are therefore earned based on your performance, such as winning or placing in the top ranks. It also depends on the specific partner. If you want more in-depth information on rewards on your own server, I would recommend opening a Support Ticket, or ask a server staff member for more information.
