Before joining
Start by checking the event page, rules, and current status. Make sure you know which server is hosting the event and whether the event requires a pass, queue, or staff instruction.
Join flow
- Open the event or server information.
- Confirm the event is live or scheduled.
- Join the correct server or lobby.
- Follow the host instructions.
- Wait for the event to begin before moving or interacting if a pre-lobby is active.
During the event
Listen to staff instructions, avoid exploiting map issues, and follow the event objective. Some events reward speed, while others reward patience, teamwork, or positioning.
After the event
Check stats, winners, and follow-up announcements. If something went wrong, use the help or bug report guide instead of sending scattered messages.
